Espresso Fundamentals
Use a ratio of 1:2, one part espresso to 2 parts filtered or spring water 1 gram to 60ml (2oz) (Your machine will measure water based on the size settings)
Use machine compatible espresso grinder for best results. Grind the coffee beans fine and measure grounds accordingly.
Add grounds to a clean and dried Portafilter and tamp. Place Portafilter on to the Grouphead of the espresso machine and pull a shot or two!
Seal bag for freshness and store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
